• Never remove lid to place trash inside.
• Never use the Smoke Butler without the lid.
• Never place paper or garbage inside the unit.
• Be sure to replace the lid properly on your Smoke Butler™.

Cleaning Instruction

Your Smoke Butler™ cigarette disposal unit has a unique patent pending design in which the oxygen flow is restricted and therefore minimizes the amount of smoke from the cigarettes.

If there is a lot of smoke or your cigarettes continue to smolder, this may be a sign of a clogged spout or the lid is not on correctly. Be sure to inspect the unit right away to prevent a fire hazard.

Step 1: To remove ashtray cigarette litter simply unlock your unit, twist and lift the lid to remove. Empty the Smoke Butler™ as you would a waste basket. The aluminum liner is permanently attached so there are no dirty pails or buckets to remove. Be sure that cigarettes are completely extinguished before emptying into the dumpster.

Step 2: If unit is overflowing be sure to clean out the spout where the cigarettes are deposited. Allowing your unit to become too full may cause the spout to become clogged.

Step 3: If odor and stains become a problem you may use soap and water to rinse off any ash left after emptying the unit. When finished, be sure to wipe the outside off with a paper towel. This will keep your unit looking clean and well maintained.
